Fruity Flapjack Cookies
I went on about it enough before I watched it, but it's been about a week since I last saw Princess Mononoke and it still astounds me just thinking about it. There are so many hidden meanings and microcosms in this film that it's almost mind-boggling, but still very enjoyable. It's just a shame that it distracts me from school work so much… Well, along with fruity flapjack cookies; they're at as much of a distraction.

Luxury Chocolate Mousse with Little Bits of Chocolate in It
Today my bodily fluids have mostly been smelling of fish and chips. I have no idea why, as it’s been at least a week since I’ve eaten any.

Clackety click clack!
I've just found this Spirited Away GIF on MehveGhibli:
There are lots more where that came from, but this is my favourite because it reminds me so well of a scene in the film. And yes, I finally got to watch Princess Mononoke last night as well - I'm already seeing kodamas everywhere. ^_^

Chocolate Wafer Biscuits
Still won't be getting Princess Mononoke DVD until at least Tuesday. Very disappointed.

If you've noticed that I haven't been online much this weekend, it's because I've been absorbed in in a MMORPG called Puzzle Pirates when I should really be working on my Pixelpalooza entry. The name of my pirate is 'Jothejovial' if you're interested in playing it.
To make this post worth reading, I'll also try to recall a semi-dream I had while waking up this morning:
I can see a kite. A cartoon, kite-shaped kite. The kite is all grey and so is the sky, but they are all different shades of grey and stand out against each other with big black outlines. The sky is cloudy and swirly. It's a storm but there's no rain, and the kite is flapping wildly about in it. On the other end of the arabesque string is a small girl who of course is also grey, but this time with a hint of violet in the dampness of her tears. She is crying because the kite is her life, and her life is out of control.
